My memories of Gene are work related. He had a way about him, he was funny, fair and a pleasure to work for. I was in Provider Payment, while in the Widner Building, saw him all the time. He always had a smile on his face. I'm sure he will be missed. God speed Gene.

Eleanor: I just read Gene's Obituary. I am so sorry. He was a good man and loving husband and father. I know this without question. Please express my sincere condolences to your children.
